RCT currently enjoys the services of Rob Clark, Simon Clohessy and Jillian Hrstich.
RCT also employs several support consultants in key specialist areas. Kate Cook is RCT's nutritionist, whilst PhysioFit act as our preferred physiotherapist. Simon Clohessy (29) Simon is relatively new to personal training although not to exercise. After initially qualifying as an architect Simon soon found that that life was NOT for him and after a chance conversation with a health club GM found himself on course for a career in the health and fitness industry. Over the past nine years he has been involved in many aspects of the business and is now the Fitness Manager at Cannons in Fulham. "I believe fitness needs to be an integral part of your life not a fashionable chore. You have to be positive and motivated!" Simon walked the walk before embarking on his Personal Trainer qualification which he completed with the American Council on Exercise in 2005. He had amassed a number of private clients over the past year before joining RCT. He brings with him the biggest open smile in the business. Simon's preferred type of personal training program for clients is circuit based, by working multiple body parts along with cardiovascular work he offers you all round benefits. Simon also tries to promote athleticism, coordination and kinetic awareness. His aim is to help all his clients achieve their specific goals whatever their aims. |
