Jill Hrstich (35), married, 2 children, (3 & 4 years old) Enjoy your body and experience the feel-good factor every day! It's your life - let's live it. And I am here to help you achieve it. When I was 13 years old I read an article about Edmund Hilary which inspired me to climb Mount Everest. After climbing numerous peaks, I am proud to say that in 2001 I achieved my goal to reach Everest Base Camp from the south side ascending the Khumba glacier to 5400m (17600ft). My love for trekking has taken me to many memorable peaks and the key element has always been to prepare the body by specific training in order to enjoy every step. Whatever your fitness goals may be, it's important to enjoy getting there! I have worked as a fitness instructor for over 12 years but it was after becoming a mum when I fully understood and appreciated the importance of exercise during pregnancy and the effect labour has on a woman's body. Safe pre natal training will not only make the birth process easier and more enjoyable but will help speed up post natal recovery and help get your body back into shape in half the time once the baby is born. Having children is wonderful but sometimes you find yourself short of YOU time. Exercise will not only make you stronger and fitter to cope with the demands of your family but is also something you can do for yourself and it will reward you with fantastic results. My fitness career began in 1992 as an aerobic instructor in Florida whilst working at Disney World. From there I went on to backpack around the world and worked in the fitness industry in Sydney, Australia where I undertook my first Personal training qualification. On returning to the UK I set up my own personal training business and was featured on ITV's This Morning with my 'Fitmums' exercise programme - an exercise programme for mums and babies in prams. Soon after I moved back to Brisbane, Australia and worked in partnership with the Brisbane City Council in setting up and running their Active and Healthy campaign which offers many different types of outdoor group personal training sessions from my Fitmums to army style bootcamps. I have recently returned to London and am now looking forward to working with RCT and helping you achieve your ultimate goals. "Remember, anything and everything is achievable!" FitPro UK post/ante natal instructor; YMCA/RSA Aerobics Instructor; Fitness Institute of Australia Personal Trainer, Certificate 4 Personal Trainer, Fitness Australia, Les Mills Body Pump & Body Step Instructor. |
