Rob Clark - Director (36)

Rob is the Director of Personal Training at RCT. As a former Professional Rugby Player who currently represents England at Lacrosse, Rob brings you the competitive edge, as fitness has never been far from the fore of his activities.

Moving into a coaching role whilst taking his sports degree gave him a solid base before concentrating on his personal training business. Since starting RCT Rob has wanted:
"To enable busy individuals to share in the quality of service afforded to high profile athletes"
Through his own individuality and enthusiasm Rob has seen his clients reach some impressive goals, from those simply wanting to lose weight and tone themselves up, to clients who have trained for and completed events as such as the London and New York marathons and the London Triathlon.

Rob appreciates that weight loss can be equally challenging and works closely with his Clinical Nutritionist to develop and optimise good nutritional support for his workout programs.
"If you can balance your food intake and exercise output you will maximise results"
Whilst at University fitness testing showed Rob's internal makeup is that of a marathon runner, unfortunately at over 100kgs his frame doesn't facilitate this, but this hasn't stopped him running in marathons and taking part in triathlons so don't be surprised if Rob suggests giving 26.2 miles a go...

As well as all this Rob also maintains an interest in teaching and coaching and playing. Working as an instructor for several of London's leading health clubs he teaches spinning, boxing and circuits, combining this with coaching positions with lacrosse and rugby clubs in SW London.
