RCT Personal Training accepts no liability for injuries or illness. Your exercise program is entered into entirely at your own risk. Please consult a medical practitioner before engaging in any physical activity. All payments are non-refundable. All sessions last approximately 1 hour. In the event of you needing to cancel a session, you need to provide 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, half of the session fee will be forfeited. If you cancel within 24 hours the whole session charge will be forfeited.

Personal Training

First session - Will involve a thorough health and fitness assessment, helping us to ascertain your current level of fitness. Included in this:

  • Par-Q medical questionnaire
  • Blood pressure
  • Body composition analysis
  • Fit test
  • Strength test

Followed by an introductory session.

One to one - Your goal driven program will reflect personal preferences to training whether that be to tone, strengthen, improve balance, agility or to lose weight etc. These sessions can as easily be performed in the comfort of your own home, office or local park. All our trainers are fully equipped to get the most out of you - every session!

Sport Specific training - Whatever your sport, it can be integrated into your one-to-one session, helping with focus during your session and enabling you to get more of out your favourite sport at the weekends.

Pre and Post-natal - At RCT all our trainers are trained in pre and post-natal training but Jill Hrstich is our specialist in this area. She will take the worry out of training during pregnancy. Benefits of training during and after pregnancy are enormous, including:

  • Preventing excessive weight gain
  • Reduce lower back pain
  • Helping combat post natal depression
  • Helps you regain your pre-pregnancy shape

Nutrition

Eating a healthy balanced diet is often the Holy Grail of exercise. By keeping a food diary we are able to analyse a clients eating habits and offer advice and support where necessary. For more in-depth analysis we use the services of Kate Cook, our very own nutritionist.

Nutrition has a greater effect on how you think, feel and how you perform than you might think. Alas it follows the same rule as exercise in so much as there is no "one" solution for everyone. Finding the balance of food types and quantities to keep you energized to allow you to control your weight. If you need "petrol" there's no point in using "diesel" and wondering why your body doesn't work. Also what you don't put in your body is becoming as important as what you put in.

At RCT either one of our trainers or our clinical nutritionist can help to put your body back on track for a healthy you!

Wedding Package

Appreciating the need to look good walking down the aisle for both brides and grooms, RCT has created a two month program so you can feel confident and look fantastic on your wedding day.

This includes a nutritional consultation, a diet plan, and 3 sessions of Personal Training per week for 8 weeks. £995
