  • Ame - alcohol free drink
  • Other grains e.g. rice
  • Goat/sheep cheese
  • Herbal/Green tea

Other ideas

  • Eat fruit for breakfast
  • Try a banana for 11's
  • Eat a large salad for lunch (no mayo)
  • Dinner - grilled chicken, fish with salad or brown rice risotto
  • Drinks - one and half litres of water daily
  • Go to the health food shop- look around at the alternatives
  • Book time to go the gym in your diary

RCT was set up in 2000 as an independent Personal Training Consultancy aiming to "help all clients achieve their true potential". We all know that feeling just okay, isn't okay at all and that most of us function well below our true potential. As an individual you need to keep your body challenged and your mind excited about exercise. We've all promised ourselves to get fit and eat healthy. However the pressures of life and work mean that the promises of yesterday are still awaiting the dawn of reality. Don't panic you are not alone.

At RCT personal training is structured specifically around the individual needs of the client. RCT will help with the dawning of a new age of the client offering motivation and satisfaction. RCT caters for all levels, from the beginners to the hardcore enthusiast. Our sessions are guaranteed to be unforgettable! All our trainers are highly qualified in their specialist fields and have amassed an immense amount of knowledge to aid in their teaching.

Effective outdoor exercise programming, fun and imaginative programs.

You training will advance through three different stages
1. Flexibility and mobility
2. Functional stability
3. Strength training

These three, combined with a progressive cardiovascular workout form part of the best known methodology to improve your ability to ski, golf whatever...
